(More customer reviews)I was debating between the Nikon L100, L110, the P100 and some full digital SLR cameras.The Nikon P100 has features very similar to the "big dogs" but not the price tag to go with it.I purchased the Nikon P100 Package 2. It was well worth spending the extra money for things I would have bought separately anyhow.This camera can do "point-and-shoot" as well as advanced features and perform in full manual mode. It's lightweight like the small cameras!I'm very happy with my purchase, and look forward to learning all it's features after I graduate college this fall.
My other cameras are: a Sony Cybershot 3.0 MP point-and-shoot model and a Yashica 230 Super SLR camera. I have had other SLR cameras before the Yashica. I picked the Nikon P100 because of its features and its appearance.
