The recipe feature only has a few recipes from Bon Appetit, not the entire collection as I was led to believe.
It is a touch Frame, not a Touchscreen.The touch frame worked for about 2 weeks.
The remote control barely worked when new, now it is non working.
The mount is poorly made.It seems sturdy, but it's adjustments to create friction to hold the screen in place simply don't work, no matter how hard you tighten them. The mounting screws are total junk, the heads strip right off of them.I have to lean my set against my backsplash, or it pivots forward on the mount.
The picture quality is terrible, and the set does not have enough volume to hear it if anything else is going on in the room, even at max level.
Worst of all, I emailed the company to complain, and they don't even return the emails.
A definite mistake to buy.I can't believe they're actually advertising this product as being so great.IT IS JUNK!
