(More customer reviews)I called up store to cancel my order but there were no answers.I had to call Amazon operator to find out the store location and realized that i am in different timezone with the store's time zone (Chicago, IL) so I immediately emailed them.Next day I followed with another call to be informed that the merchandise was shipped.It costed me over $8.00 to return the camera since they do not have return merchadise free shipping.Be aware of the return fee.I lost money in this deal.Overall,, they are friendly and pleasant to deal with.Please advise customers where your location so that we can call while you are in bussiness.
