However, I must correct and add a few details....
I don't know if you have received a prototype or an other version, but current models have 67mm thread for wide angle lenses. Further info can be obtained from Epoque, Inon or similar manufacturers' web sites.
Also; the switching between "underwater" and "surface" mode IS possible within the housing.. It is explained in the user manual.
There is no MACRO mode of this camcorder. But the min. focus distance is 2,5cm (1"). It is also mentioned in the manual; if there is an external WA lens is attached, the camcorder might focus on the lens itself; in such case reframe and zoom out slightly...
The case is capeable to accept the BP-819, medium size battery, but not the big one (BP-817).
