Instructions were the worst of any product I have ever purchased.Video automatically deletes from your camcorder when downloaded, even if you don't want them to.
Indoor pictures need lots of light. Sound capture is very poor - people have to yell into the camera.
Every time you stop recording, a new file is created, causing hundreds of files to look at, rather than a streaming video. Battery life is terrible, and even with the extra one purchased, they don't last. Make sure to carry the recharing unit with you at all times.
For the price, it was a poor purchase.
