(More customer reviews)When I first set this up I was very impressed for what I got for the money. We use the lighting for headshots and baby sets. After about the third time I gently used this product, I noticed one for the soft boxes sagging. I took the front off to discover that one of the rivets had sheered off. I called Westcott because I didn't want to ship the whole thing back to Amazon and they sent out a replacement frame. Jennifer at Westcott is great. That is the only drawback I would say for this set is the rivets that hold the frame together. I have not had a problem since.
