(More customer reviews)I do a lot of presentations, and the most important thing I need is the ability to control the presentation (move the powerpoint slides up and down) from the remote.This projector does not allow you to do that.When I called Optoma to ask how to use the remote to do this (thinking I was missing something), they said they had made a marketing decision to not put that feature into their cheaper projectors.Well, they may think $650 is cheap, but that's real money for something that doesn't do the most basic thing needed in a business projector.The remote is also missing a "hide" function, which I find very useful.If you don't need either of these functions, the projector was fine.Also, if you are a road warrior like I am, 5 pounds ends up being too heavy.Stick to a 3 pound model.Optoma makes one, it costs about $1000, it probably has all the missing functions, but after this experience I won't be going back to them.I'll most likely be buying another Planar.
