(More customer reviews)I have no tech savvy and I didn't know what to buy.I just knew what I needed; a little video camera for recording my dance class.My old JVC with the little tapes just gave up.Several people had mentioned the Sony Handycam so I read what I could about it and paid particular attention to the reviews.People seemed to like it.I am happy to say I made a good choice.My main use is to record my dance lessons and play them back to practice.The Handycam is so light and small I can carry it in my purse.And it is so much easier to retrieve the lessons with the touch screen.I plugged in the date so I can find just the one I am looking for.What wore out my JVC was playing the tape over and over again.Now it's even esier to play the recording over and over and it's actually easier to record too. I won't be wearing it out anytime soon since there are no tapes!In fact I can put up to 12 hrs of lessons on it!!The sound is great.The picture is great and I'm very happy.Maybe not such a great dancer but a happy Sony Handycam owner! The Amazon price was the best and I got a package deal too.
