(More customer reviews)I'm about as happy with this product as with anythingn recently purchased.The product does what it is advertised as doing.I did have a hardware problem, which can happen with any product.But how it was handled was more than satisfactory.The techs at Datacolor quickly determined that I had a bad calibration unit and without any unnecessary delay replaced it from the factory.
I am very happy with the product and the support.
